A true end-to-end designer with 10 year of design experience, I research and design emotionally intelligent digital experiences that serve people first and foremost while also meeting commercial business needs.

What do you need to know about working with me?

People generally find it super fun working with me. I'm a team player and I don’t take life too seriously and when work gets tough - I’m the first to lighten the mood and give perspective. I’m a stickler for process to ensure documentation, accountability and quality - my motto for as long as I can remember has been ‘do it properly’.

Although a generalist, my strengths lie in combining strategic business thinking with design to solve complex customer problems across complex businesses. I've always been able to see the bigger picture and I enjoy solving them with people and design.

The research/concept/prototyping stages of product design is where I excel and navigating bigger organisations which might have big characters and many moving parts or a lot of unknowns is also a great skillset I've adopted over the years.

Positive culture and a general 'safe' work environment is something I feel strongly about promoting in a workplace. It's super important to me to foster this whenever I can.
